Somatic and Body Based Healing

I am hosting a women’s trauma healing retreat that focuses on healing from relational trauma. Childhood or adult.

Your retreat is all-inclusive with lodging/meals. Private and shared rooms available.

Your experience includes:

Daily yoga
Trauma-informed massage
9D Breathwork
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Mindfulness workshop with succulents
Groups on nervous system recovery, improving self-perception and more!
Chef prepared meals
Waterfront property with access to kayaks
1:1 sessions

All experiences are optional. You do not have to do anything you do not want to do. There will be two licensed therapists on site at all times.
